I met my husband almost 4 years ago. Actually, it will be 4 years on April 15th. It was a sunny day on the beach and I looked up from my beach towel and saw this tall, white boy with a big, silly grin on his face walking towards me. The rest was fate. We became good friends and I finally had the courage to leave my emotionally abusive and unavailable ex-husband. Next thing I knew, I fell in love with Grady. Not because he was good to me, but because he actually saw me as an equal human being. He took the time to learn my past and to help carry my "baggage" for me. He wanted to lighten the load on my life and find ways to make my life better. To this day, he still does this daily-and never forgets to tell me how much he loves me and our children. ”Morate naći vremena i ne osjećati se loše zato što radite nešto za sebe. Jedan od izgovora koji redovno čujem kod žena je da nemaju vremena.

Želim druge mame inspirisati da postanu kreativne i pronađu način da ubace vježbanje u svoju rutinu”, u intervjuu za Us Weekly ispričala je Sia koja vježba pet puta sedmično po sat vremena, najčešće kada njen sin Greyson spava.

Često pokazuje jednostavne vježbe koje mame mogu izvoditi dok sređuju svakodnevne obaveze.

Tako je nedavno demonstrirala kako se može vježbati dok kupate svoje mališane.

”Trudna sam 8 mjeseci i često me pitaju kako pronalazim inspiraciju da se svako jutro probudim i vježbam. Iskreno, borim se s time svaki dan. Sve započinje tako što se iskobeljam iz kreveta i bole me leđa. Pokušavam skupiti energiji i ne navaliti na kantu sladoleda.

Teško je. Međutim, svako jutro kada se ustanem kažem sebi da moram vježbati zbog zdravlja svog nerođenog djeteta, kako bih dala primjer svom sinu, kako bih bila ponosna na sebe. Zdrava i sretna porodica započinje sa zdravom i sretnom mamom”, kazala je.

Uz redovitu tjelovježbu važna joj je i zdrava prehrana, ali priznaje da nikada ne broji kalorije nego umjesto toga sluša svoje tijelo i jede kada osjeti potrebu. Za doručak voli napraviti zobenu kašu s bananama ili kajganu sa slaninom, a za ručak najviše voli jesti pileći file s povrćem ili pak losos.

Na anonimne ljude koji je svakodnevno kritikuju zbog vježbanja više se ne obazire.

”Prije me to znalo pogoditi, ali s vremenom mi je narasla kičma i shvatila sam da mogu slušati negativnosti ljudi koji ne znaju ništa o mojoj trudnoći i mom tijelu ili ih jednostavno mogu ignorisati i nastaviti raditi ono što mi odgovara’‘, zaključila je fit mama.

Several weeks ago, I posted a video similar to this one where I mentioned that when we are pregnant, our abs don't "disappear" or go anywhere.. Though it might feel like it! By the way, this is my "morning bump" and it tends to be smaller-yes I am normally bigger than this after I've had my coffee, bacon, and eggs haha. They're still very much there, ladies, so do not get discouraged! The truth is that you ALWAYS have abs-whether you're skinny, overweight, or even pregnant. You don't "get abs," you WORK your abs to make them show more. It all depends on the layer of fat that you have sitting on top of those muscles. And no…. This doesn't hurt the baby lol. What do you think happens to your baby when you're 40 weeks pregnant and your organs are squished? Yeah, I actually had a few comments like that last time! Our bodies are so incredible and what happens during pregnancy is truly a miracle. Don't forget what your body is capable of! 30 weeks + 2 days and counting! For those who have asked me about weight gain, I'm currently at around 17lbs+. I gained 30lbs with my last kiddo so obviously I'm aiming for about the same goal.
